On little things

It it feels so good to be done with the first week of school of the year. On Monday, I thought it was going to be really hard to get back on track with all the homework and studying I had to do. But it went by really fast; and I handled it pretty well. And I'm happy about that. I just hope I make it perfectly well throughout this whole month, since the first semester finals are on their way.

Pretty letters. I have received some in the mail these past couple of days from friends who live outside my country.  I love to hold and feel the actual paper and see their original handwriting written there, with real ink. It is definitely a lot better than getting e-mails. I think I would definitely like to get the habit of writing and sending letters a lot more often.

About photography. You are probably wondering that is a rather strange thing for me to say, since it looks like I'm always thinking about it. But the truth is, today I have really been thinking about photography! This year I pray and hope to be able to get a lot more into it. I hope I can attend weddings or other special events to take pictures. I feel like I want to experiment shooting a lot more in that area. It just sounds so exciting.

About how much I have pondered this verse: "The path of the righteous is like the morning sun, shining ever brighter till the full light of day." (Proverbs 4:18) I just love it. A couple of days ago, we read this verse in one of my online classes. For some reason it caught me. I found it to be really beautiful. I kept thinking about it all day afterwards, and it helped me realize lots of things I did not understand.

About my childhood. Lately I have been remembering lots and lots of moments of when I was a young little girl.  I have caught myself laughing all of a sudden quite a lot of times because I remember funny moments from the past. I love being able to go back and think about those memories. I just try to relive them.

What are your thoughts today?

Hi, I just started following your blog because I've really enjoyed what I have read so far and your photography is fabulous! I love the picture with the bubble in your last post - so cute!

Hmm...what have I thought about today? Mostly schoolwork, ways to enhance my blog, and my next rehearsal for the play that I am in. I also saw that verse that you mentioned on my mom's verse card thing today and was thinking about it as well...so good and true!

I find it somewhat odd that you only posted one pic lol. Now that I have my own blog not only am I following yours but you *NEED* to tell me how to spice up mine cuz yours is <*AMAZING*>!!! I know you get that a lot but hey its truth :)

To answer your question my thoughts today don't dwell in the past but are looking forward to the future. Exams are coming up (I know that you know), other homework is due, ect. ect. But then there is the even more distant future, what I want to do for my future job, should I go to college, if I go to college how do I get revenue, my friends and I are planning a big senior summer trip down south america way (possibilities include mexico, WE MUST TALK), ect. ect. Also pondering this question: What am I going to write for my next blog entry?
